2012 Quarterly Assessments are $327.00 and are payable:

January 1,  April 1,  July 1  and  October 1, 2012

Payments must be received at the Atlanta lockbox by the 10th of the month to be considered timely.

Pickup Day	Routes
Monday, Thursday	All residences north of Maple Avenue.
Tuesday, Friday	All residences south of Maple Avenue and east of Cottage Street.
Wednesday, Thursday	All residences south of Maple Avenue, west of Cottage Street, and north of Tapawingo Road (including both sides of Tapawingo).
Wednesday, Friday	All residences south of Tapawingo Road (but not including Tapawingo), west of Cottage Street, and north of the Town line.
